Our Story and BYD Specialisation

EEVA Store was created to make it easier for Australian electric-vehicle owners to find useful, vehicle-specific accessories online. As Australia’s BYD range expanded, our store developed a dedicated focus on BYD accessories, fitment information and the needs of local BYD owners.

Today, our catalogue covers accessories for current and earlier Australian BYD models. We continue to expand the range as new vehicles and product options become available.

EEVA Store is an online-only retailer. Our Hornsby location supports business operations and Australian fulfilment but is not a retail showroom. We do not offer walk-in shopping, click and collect or unarranged returns.

How We Check Compatibility and Fitment

Vehicle compatibility is an important part of our product selection and product-page content. Depending on the accessory, we review model, year and trim information, supplier specifications, product dimensions, connection types, factory equipment and available fitment evidence.

Where practical, fitment information may also be checked using physical products, vehicle comparisons, installation results, customer feedback and photographs. Because vehicle equipment can vary by year, trim and production batch, each product page includes a Compatibility section and relevant variant choices.

If we identify a fitment difference, we update our product information and work with affected customers. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering with your BYD model, year, trim and relevant photos. We will help you check the available information.

Australian Fulfilment and Customer Support

Products displaying a “Ships from Sydney” badge are held locally and dispatched from Sydney. Other products may be fulfilled by EEVA Store or an Australian or overseas supplier or fulfilment partner, as explained on the relevant product page.

EEVA Store remains the retailer and primary customer-service contact for orders placed through our website. Our support team is available Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm AEST/AEDT, excluding New South Wales public holidays, and aims to respond within one business day.

Eligible Australian orders of A$100 or more receive free standard shipping. We currently deliver within Australia.
