Refund and Return Policy
At EEVA Store, your satisfaction is important to us. This policy is designed to be fair and to comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the ACL.
30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Conditions apply.
Return Conditions (Change of Mind / Compatibility)
For change-of-mind and compatibility returns, items must be returned:
- Unused and in original condition
- Undamaged and in resellable condition
- In original packaging (including any accessories, inserts and tags)
- With proof of purchase (order number/receipt)
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items (ACL)
If your item is faulty, damaged in transit, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us and we’ll help you as quickly as possible. Depending on the issue, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with the ACL.
Please email support@eevastore.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos (and video if helpful).
For eligible faulty, damaged or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping and may provide a prepaid return label where available.
Change of Mind Returns
We may still be able to accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days provided the item meets the return conditions above.
- Return postage is the customer’s responsibility
- We may offer a return label, and a flat $15 return shipping and restocking/handling fee may be deducted from the refund
Compatibility Returns
If an item does not fit your vehicle and compatibility was clearly stated on the product page, this is treated as a change-of-mind return.
- We may still be able to accept the return if the item is unused, undamaged and in resellable condition
- Return postage is the customer’s responsibility
- We may offer a return label, and a flat $15 return shipping and restocking/handling fee may be deducted from the refund
If you’re unsure about compatibility before ordering, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Note: If an item is not as described, faulty, or we have supplied the wrong item, this will be handled under the ACL (see Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items above).
How to Request a Return
- Email support@eevastore.com.au with your order number and reason for return
- We’ll confirm whether the return is approved and provide return instructions
- Please do not send items back without approval, as this can delay processing
Return Timeframe After Approval
Once your return is approved:
- Please post the item back within 7 days
- If you need more time, contact us and we’ll work with you
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original item under this policy (if eligible), then place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
- If approved, refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method
- For change-of-mind and compatibility returns, original shipping fees (if charged) are not refunded
- For change-of-mind and compatibility returns, a flat $15 return shipping and restocking/handling fee may be deducted from the refund
- Refunds may be declined for returns that arrive used, installed, incomplete, not in original packaging, or damaged due to misuse (this does not apply to ACL issues)
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
