Shipping Policy

At EEVA Store, we’re committed to providing a smooth and transparent shopping experience for customers across Australia. Below are the key details on our shipping options, dispatch timelines, and important shipping notes.

Free Shipping

  • Free standard shipping on all orders over $100 AUD (automatically applied at checkout).
  • Applies to standard shipping within Australia only.

Shipping Options and Delivery Times (Australia)

  • Standard Shipping: estimated 2–14 business days after dispatch.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, courier delays, public holidays, weather events, and peak periods.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays.
  • For in-stock items shipped from our Australian warehouse, processing time is typically 1–2 business days before dispatch.
  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, where available.

Pre-Orders

  • Some items may be listed as pre-order items with an estimated dispatch timeframe shown on the product page.
  • Pre-order timeframes are estimates only and may change depending on production, supplier, customs, or freight delays.
  • If your order includes a pre-order item, the order may be held until that item is ready unless items are split and shipped separately.

Shipping Origin

  • Most products ship from Australia.
  • Some items may be shipped directly from our trusted suppliers, including overseas suppliers, depending on stock availability and fulfilment method.
  • Supplier-direct shipments may take longer than locally shipped orders.
  • Packaging may differ slightly for supplier-direct items, but the product supplied will be the same item ordered.

Split Shipments

  • Some orders may be shipped in multiple parcels.
  • This can happen when items are stored in different locations, shipped by different fulfilment partners, or when part of an order is ready earlier than the rest.
  • If your order is split, tracking may be provided separately for each parcel.

Delivery Partners

  • For items shipped within Australia, we mainly use Australia Post and may also use other courier partners depending on the delivery address, parcel size, or fulfilment source.
  • For supplier-direct shipments, the carrier may vary depending on the supplier and destination.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, tracking details will be sent by email where available.
  • You can also track your order through your order status page if applicable.
  • In some cases, tracking numbers may change or be updated during transit, including where parcels are consolidated or relabelled by the carrier.

Parcel Lockers and PO Boxes

  • Australia Post Parcel Lockers and PO Boxes may be used where supported by the selected shipping method and carrier.
  • If a non-Australia Post carrier is used for a shipment, delivery to Parcel Lockers or PO Boxes may not be available.

Delivery Concerns

If you experience any delivery issues or delays, please contact us at support@eevastore.com.au with your order number and details. We’ll do our best to help and work with the carrier where possible.

Important Notes

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
  • If an incorrect or incomplete address is supplied, delivery may be delayed, returned to sender, or marked undeliverable. Any re-delivery or return-to-sender costs may be payable by the customer.
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control.
  • We currently ship within Australia only.
