  • Free standard shipping on all orders over $100 AUD (automatically applied at checkout).
  • Applies to standard shipping within Australia only.

Shipping Options and Delivery Times (Australia)

  • Standard Shipping: 2–14 business days (flat rate applies for orders under $100 AUD).

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, courier delays, public holidays, and peak periods.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays.
  • Processing time is typically 1–2 business days before dispatch (for items shipped from our Australian warehouse).
  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Origin

  • Most products ship from Australia.
  • Some items may be shipped directly from our trusted suppliers (including overseas suppliers). These orders may have longer delivery times.
  • If an item is shipped directly from a supplier, tracking will be provided where available.

Delivery Partners

  • For items shipped within Australia, we mainly use Australia Post and may also use CouriersPlease or Aramex depending on the delivery address and parcel size.
  • For supplier-direct shipments, the carrier may vary depending on the supplier and destination.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details via email.
  • You can track your order using the link provided in your shipping email.

Delivery Concerns

If you experience any delivery issues or delays, please contact us at support@eevastore.com.au with your order number and details. We’ll do our best to help and work with the carrier where possible.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
  • If an incorrect or incomplete address is supplied, delivery may be delayed, returned to sender, or marked undeliverable. Any re-delivery costs may be payable by the customer.
