Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Pre-Orders

When you place a pre-order, you are reserving an item that is not yet available for immediate dispatch. Your order will be dispatched once the item becomes available.

Pre-orders may be shipped separately from other in-stock items in the same order.

Estimated Ship Dates

Any estimated dispatch, ship, or arrival dates shown on the product page or in your order confirmation are estimates only and may change due to supplier, manufacturing, customs, freight, or courier delays.

Cancellations

You may request to cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been dispatched.

Once a pre-order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and our Refund and Return Policy will apply instead.

How to Cancel

To request a cancellation, please email support@eevastore.com.au with your order number and request to cancel the pre-order.

Refunds for Cancelled Pre-Orders

If your pre-order is cancelled before dispatch, we will refund you to the original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days, however your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the funds.

If We Cannot Supply Your Pre-Order

If we are unable to supply your pre-order, we will notify you and provide a full refund.
