Refund and Return Policy

At EEVA Store, your satisfaction is important to us. Our policy is designed to comply with the Australian Consumer Law and provide a clear, fair process for returns and refunds.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Conditions apply.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be in original condition – unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Items must not be damaged due to misuse or neglect.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

We offer free returns for any item that is:

  • Damaged during delivery
  • Faulty or defective
  • Incorrect or not as described

Please contact us at support@eevastore.com.au. We will provide a prepaid return label and further instructions.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days, provided:

  • The item meets the return conditions above
  • The customer pays for return postage

Compatibility Returns

If an item is not compatible with your vehicle, and the incompatibility was clearly stated in the product description:

  • Free return is not offered
  • The return postage is the customer’s responsibility

Please read item descriptions carefully. If you're unsure, use the “Ask a Question” feature on the product page before purchasing.

Return Timeframe Requirement

Once your return is approved or a return label is issued:

  • The item must be posted back within 7 days
  • If not posted within a week, the return request will be cancelled

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original product under our return process. Once accepted, you can either:

  • Place a new order
  • Or request that we place a replacement order on your behalf

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We’ll notify you of the refund decision
  • If approved, refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method
  • Refunds are not available for items returned used or damaged (unless faulty)

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund for a major failure
  • Compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
  • Repairs or replacements for minor issues
