30-Day Return Window
Enjoy a 30-day period from the receipt of your item to initiate a return. Conditions apply.
Return Conditions
Items must be in original condition: unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase required.
Initiating a Return
Start your return by emailing help@eevastore.com.au. A return shipping label and instructions will be provided for approved returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Report any issues with your order upon receipt. We address defects, damages, or wrong items swiftly.
Exchanges
Return the original item and, upon acceptance, place a new order.
Refunds
We inspect returns and communicate the refund status. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days back to the original payment method.
Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for major failures and compensation for other losses or damages.
International Returns
International customers bear return shipping costs. Returns must adhere to country-specific regulations.
EU Customers
EU customers can cancel within 14 days of receipt without reason under the EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period. Contact us to exercise this right.
