Very disappointing

Very disappointed with this air freshener. From the moment I put it in my car, there has been no noticeable scent unless I put my face right up to it. Even after a week of use with the lid fully off, there is still no detectable fragrance in the car. The scents themselves weren't to my liking, but the main issue is that it simply doesn't work as intended.
