I have received pedal set, the brake pedal is installed by removing original rubber pad but I am not sure how accelerator pedal is held in place. I presume I do not remove original pedal but the pedal did not come with any adhesive or tape to install it over the original.

That’s correct — you don’t need to remove the original accelerator pedal. The cover is designed to fit snugly over it without adhesive or tape. Start by hooking the top edge of the cover over the pedal, then press down firmly and work it into place from top to bottom until it’s fully seated.
If it feels too tight at first, warming the cover slightly can make it more flexible for installation.
