I really love the look of these on my car

I really love the look of these on my car. They were a little harder to apply than I thought and I do have a couple of small air bubbles in them but they are so small they are barely noticeable.

Does effect headlight performance

Easy enough to install and definitely adds character to the car. They 100% effect the brightness of them beam at night, even though the description states otherwise. If you plan on driving at night...Don't purchase.

It looks like you’ve purchased the smoked/tinted option. With any tinted film, some light reduction is expected compared to the clear/transparent option, especially at night.

Just to clarify, the product description states: “Available in both smoked black and transparent finishes, this TPU film allows you to choose between subtle styling enhancement or invisible protection without compromising headlight clarity or performance.”

The smoked/tinted option is mainly for styling, while the transparent option is for invisible protection.

Yes, being a tinted film, it will reduce the light output to some extent when the lights are on.

The main purpose is the tinted look and headlight protection, so there is a trade-off between appearance and light brightness.
