Byd sealion 6 essential does not have cable that powers automatic rear door. Is there anywhere else I can plug the light power cord?

Unfortunately, the Sealion 6 Essential doesn’t come with the wiring for the powered tailgate, so the usual plug isn't available.
At this stage, there’s no alternate plug we can recommend for safely powering the light without custom wiring. If you're comfortable with basic wiring work, it may be possible to tap into another power source, but we always suggest speaking with an auto electrician to avoid any risk to the vehicle’s electronics.

I am interested in the ceiling light for Sealion 6 and would like to know if after installation does it permanently stay on or turn off when the trunk is closed or can it be manually turned off.
