As I have not recieved the items I ordered and the process of discovering what happened to the the items I cannot comment. What I am commenting on is on the length of the process to investigate. A photo of the letter box number is not proof of delivery , all that proves is that they attended the property. There is no evidenceof where the parcel was left.
